Shakeology Recipes


You’ve either gotten your free Shakeology sample or it’s on the way. Congratulations for making the decision to treat your body to amazing nutrition! Below are some of my favorite recipes for Shakeology. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

For each of these delicious recipes, add 1 serving of Shakeology and ice to taste (more ice = thicker shake) to the ingredients listed. Mix in blender until creamy.


Chocolate Recipes


Peanut Butter-Banana
1 Tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
1/3 banana
8 ounces water


Pineapple Fizz
4 ounces water
4 ounces pineapple juice
1/3 Cup frozen pineapple


Mocha Almond
8 ounces chocolate almond milk
2 ounces cold coffee
1 Tablespoon almond butter

Greenberry Recipes


Fruity Almond
8 ounces almond milk
1/3 Cup frozen fruit (I like the mixed bag of strawberries, mango, pineapple & peaches)
1 Tablespoon almond butter

Peanut Butter-Banana
8 ounces almond milk (regular milk would work alright as well)
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 banana

Tropical Strawberry (Vegan)


All Frutiy
8 ounces water
1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 Cup frozen fruit (the strawberry/mango/pineapple/peach blend again)

Pineapple-Orange-Banana
4 ounces water
4 ounces orange juice
1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 banana
1/3 Cup frozen pineapple
